We are delighted to be exclusively retained by a prestigious luxury travel and hospitality brand to recruit a Luxury Events & Experiences Manager to lead the delivery of its exceptional UK member events programme.
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a calendar of exclusive experiences, from premium sporting and cultural events to bespoke dining, opera and lifestyle occasions. Working closely with the International Events Director, you will help shape the annual programme, source unique venues and experiences, and oversee every stage of delivery to ensure an outstanding member experience.
The role is highly visible and member-facing. You will personally host many of the events, building genuine relationships with members and acting as an ambassador for the brand. You will manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, supplier and venue negotiations, budgeting, site visits, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in luxury hospitality, private members’ clubs, premium travel or a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional events across multiple UK locations. You will be a highly organised project manager with strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to thrive under pressure while managing several events simultaneously.
Most the events will happen in the London and Greater London area, this is a remote role but due to attending events you will ideally be able to commute into London, however overnight stays can be offered if needed.

Benefits
This is a flexible hybrid role requiring occasional evening, weekend and bank holiday working, with time off in lieu provided. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000–£55,000, annual bonus, mileage reimbursement, professional development opportunities and the chance to grow with an exciting and expanding international brand, including opportunities for global travel within the wider group.
