We are delighted to be exclusively retained by a prestigious luxury travel and hospitality brand to recruit a Luxury Events & Experiences Manager to lead the delivery of its exceptional UK member events programme.

This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a calendar of exclusive experiences, from premium sporting and cultural events to bespoke dining, opera and lifestyle occasions. Working closely with the International Events Director, you will help shape the annual programme, source unique venues and experiences, and oversee every stage of delivery to ensure an outstanding member experience.

The role is highly visible and member-facing. You will personally host many of the events, building genuine relationships with members and acting as an ambassador for the brand. You will manage the full event lifecycle, including planning, supplier and venue negotiations, budgeting, site visits, on-site delivery and post-event evaluation. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly and to the highest standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
