CST is an award-winning British business and Royal Warrant holder, serving some of the world's most prestigious hotels, restaurants, cruise lines, superyachts and luxury brands. Providing pioneering, robust on-site solutions: with wireless call points, critical alert messaging, call button solutions, paging systems, two-way radios and our Gen2 messaging and monitoring software, our installations are in over 40 countries.
We're looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Luxury division, working alongside an experienced sales leader to build client relationships, develop new business and support growth in the luxury and hospitality sectors.

What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Luxury division, you'll learn how to develop business relationships with some of the world's most respected hospitality and luxury brands.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Researching potential clients and identifying new business opportunities
- Building relationships with decision-makers across luxury, hospitality, corporate and private client sectors
- Supporting and developing existing client accounts
- Assisting with CST's growing export and international business activities
- Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, engineering and customer support teams
- Learning about our products and how they solve real client challenges
- Attending meetings, exhibitions and networking events
- Representing CST professionally with clients in the UK and overseas

- Capable of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike
Previous new-business development experience is preferred. We welcome applications from graduates of all disciplines who are motivated to develop a successful commercial career.

Essential Requirements
- Educated to degree level (or equivalent overseas qualification) with the intelligence, curiosity and ambition to build a successful career in sales and business development
- Full, unlimited right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Residing currently in the UK, and based within a reasonable commuting distance of Elstree, Hertfordshire
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required
