Jewellery Sales Associate
Location: Harrods, London
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Starting August 2026
Department: Fine Jewellery / Luxury Retail
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Associate to join our team at Harrods on a six-month fixed-term contract starting in August 2026. This is a client-facing role within a luxury retail environment, responsible for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with Harrods’ global clientele.
The successful candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, strong product knowledge, and experience working with high-net-worth and international customers in a luxury retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience in line with Harrods service standards
- Drive sales through personalised consultations and expert product knowledge
- Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and international clients
- Maintain detailed knowledge of fine jewellery collections, gemstones, craftsmanship, and pricing
- Manage client appointments, follow-ups, and bespoke enquiries
- Maintain immaculate presentation of the jewellery displays and boutique environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider retail team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Handle transactions accurately and ensure compliance with luxury retail procedures
- Support events, private shopping appointments, and VIP client experiences when required

Requirements
- Previous experience in fine jewellery or luxury retail sales (Harrods, Selfridges, Bond Street or similar environments preferred)
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth or VIP clientele
- Strong understanding of fine jewellery, gemstones, and luxury craftsmanship
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
- Impeccable presentation and professionalism
- Flexible and able to work retail hours including weekends
