Luxury Gift & Chocolate Packing Assistant (Part-Time)

About Us

At BoxxedUp and Chouchoute Luxury Chocolates, we create beautifully curated gifts and luxury chocolate boxes that make every occasion feel special. From bespoke corporate gifting to elegant chocolate collections, we pride ourselves on exceptional presentation, attention to detail and outstanding customer service.

We're looking for a creative and organised Gift & Chocolate Packing Assistant to join our growing team in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role where you'll become the go-to person for creating beautifully presented gifts and luxury chocolate boxes. You'll be responsible for ensuring every order leaves our studio looking exceptional and reflecting the high standards of our luxury brands.

No two days are the same—you'll be:

  • Packing online orders
  • Helping with bespoke gifting projects
  • Supporting customers
  • Managing stock levels
  • Keeping the office clean & tidy

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and prepare online orders accurately and efficiently
  • Create bespoke gift boxes and luxury chocolate boxes to a consistently high standard
  • Design and print product labels and gift messages
  • Hand write personalised messages where required
  • Ensure every gift is beautifully presented with exceptional attention to detail
  • Manage and organise stock levels
  • Support the sales team with customer orders and enquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service via email, phone and in person
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Creative with an eye for detail
  • Neat, organised and takes pride in their work
  • Passionate about creating beautiful products
  • Reliable and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Friendly, positive and enjoys working as part of a small team
  • Comfortable using a computer for labels and basic admin

Desirable Experience

  • Previous packing or fulfilment experience
  • Gift wrapping experience
  • Experience using Canva
  • Retail or customer service experience
