This flagship London location will play a pivotal role in bringing that vision to life—creating a destination that inspires meaningful client connections, builds lasting brand affinity and sets a new benchmark for luxury retail from day one.

The Opportunity

We're looking for charismatic, engaging Hosts to become the face of this unique destination. This is far more than a traditional welcome role—you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences, building genuine connections with every guest and bringing the brand's story to life through exceptional hospitality and conversation.

You'll ensure every visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive, confidently guiding them through a carefully curated journey while delivering an elevated level of service that reflects the brand's values and vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a warm, authentic and personalised welcome to every guest.
  • Create memorable, luxury experiences through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail.
  • Bring the brand to life through engaging storytelling, confidently sharing its heritage, innovation and vision.
  • Build genuine relationships with clients, understanding their interests and tailoring each interaction accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless and elevated client journey.
  • Anticipate client needs and resolve queries with professionalism, confidence and care.
  • Act as a true brand ambassador, embodying the values, culture and standards of the business at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain impeccable presentation standards, ensuring the environment always reflects the highest level of luxury.

About You

  • Experience within luxury retail, premium hospitality, hotels, private members' clubs, fine dining, automotive, aviation or another high-end client-facing environment.
  • A naturally engaging personality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about creating exceptional experiences and making every interaction memorable.
  • A confident storyteller who enjoys connecting with people and bringing a brand to life.
  • Warm, emotionally intelligent and able to build rapport with a diverse international clientele.
  • Immaculately presented, with a genuine appreciation for luxury, design and craftsmanship.
  • Proactive, adaptable and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative culture and consistently delivers exceptional service.
