We’re looking for an experienced Luxury Jewellery Counter Manager to join a prestigious jewellery brand within one of London’s most iconic luxury department stores.
This is an exciting ongoing temporary opportunity for a commercially driven retail manager who is passionate about luxury, exceptional customer service, and creating unforgettable client experiences.
The Role
- Lead and inspire a luxury jewellery team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Drive sales and consistently achieve performance targets
- Build lasting relationships with clients through a personalised, consultative approach
- Coach, motivate, and support your team to maximise performance
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the boutique space
- Represent a premium jewellery brand with professionalism and confidence

About You
- Previous management experience within luxury jewellery is essential
- Passion for luxury products and exceptional client service
- Strong commercial awareness and proven sales success
- Confident leader with excellent coaching and communication skills
- Professional, polished, and highly organised
- Flexible and available for ongoing temporary work
