Browns Jewellers is thrilled to announce the opening of our newest boutique at Lakeside Mall, and we're looking for passionate, driven, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Jewellery Advisors.
About the Role
Are you a Browns Brand Ambassador? At Browns, you're not simply selling jewellery—you're creating unforgettable moments and representing a brand built on craftsmanship, luxury, and exceptional service. As a Jewellery Advisor, you’ll enjoy the excitement of working in a prestigious retail environment while building a rewarding career with one of South Africa’s leading luxury jewellery brands.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalised, world-class experience to every client.
- Showcase our exquisite collections and help clients celebrate life’s special moments.
- Build meaningful, long-lasting relationships with discerning customers.
- Drive sales with confidence and enjoy excellent earning potential through uncapped commission.

Qualifications
- A passion for luxury retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Previous luxury retail or sales experience is advantageous, but not essential—we hire for attitude and train for success.
- A polished, professional presentation and a passion for people.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ambition, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow your career.
