Sales Associate – Edinburgh Planned start date: July 2026 (second half)

Luca Faloni is a luxury menswear brand renowned for timeless design, exceptional craftsmanship, and the finest materials. We create elevated wardrobe essentials for discerning clients who value quality, authenticity, and understated elegance.

We are seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join our new retail location within a prestigious shopping destination in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing international luxury brand and contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience from day one.

The Role As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our clients while supporting the day-to-day success of the concession. You will act as a brand ambassador, building genuine relationships with customers and delivering the high level of service for which Luca Faloni is known. Working within a small and dedicated team, you will enjoy a varied role with meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to make a direct impact on the success of the location.

Key Responsibilities Deliver an outstanding luxury customer experience at every stage of the client journey. Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and clienteling activities. Achieve individual and team sales objectives. Maintain excellent product knowledge across all collections. Support visual merchandising and ensure the store is presented to the highest standards. Assist with stock management, deliveries, replenishment, and inventory processes. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment. Represent the Luca Faloni brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.

About You Previous experience in retail, hospitality, luxury, premium, or customer-facing environments. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and naturally relationship-oriented. Well organised, dependable, and proactive in your approach to work. Comfortable taking initiative and working responsibly within a small team environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards. Interest in luxury products, menswear, or premium retail is advantageous.
