The role
You'll be based on a flagship development in East Sussex (58 units, £80M GDV), working with buyers who are:
- Equity-rich
- Experienced
- Expecting a high-touch, professional service
This Is Not a Fast-paced, Transactional Environment. It's About
- Building trust
- Understanding lifestyle motivations
- Guiding buyers through a considered purchase journey
What You'll Need
You already know new homes, now you want better.
- Experience selling new build homes (ESSENTIAL)
- Comfortable at £750k+ price points (ideally £1M+)
- Strong communication - you can articulate value, not just price
- Polished, credible, and naturally consultative
Working pattern
- 5 days per week (rota)
- Weekend working essential (typically off Tues/Weds)
- Initial training period based in Surrey (Mon-Fri) before moving to site
