We're partnering with one of London's most prestigious residential developers to recruit an experienced Senior International Sales Manager to cover a six-month maternity contract, starting in August.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a market-leading developer with an outstanding reputation for delivering some of London's most sought-after homes. You'll take ownership of international sales activity, working with a high-performing team and engaging with overseas investors, international purchasers and global agency partners.

- Managing relationships with international agents and channel partners.
- Engaging directly with overseas buyers and high-net-worth investors.
- Driving sales across a portfolio of premium London developments.
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
- Supporting and executing international sales strategies.
- Representing the business at international events and exhibitions where required.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to maximise sales opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and brings:
- Fluency in both Mandarin and English (essential).
- Proven experience in new homes sales, international property sales, residential development, or prime London real estate.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.
- Experience working with international investors and overseas agency networks.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
- A polished, professional and commercially driven approach.

What's on Offer?
- £65,000 basic salary (pro rata).
- Uncapped commission with an OTE of £110,000 (pro rata).
- 25 days' annual leave (pro rata) plus bank holidays.
- Monday-Friday working hours (9:30am-6:00pm).

This role would suit an experienced International Sales Manager, Senior Sales Consultant, International Property Consultant, New Homes Sales Manager, or Mandarin-speaking Property Sales Professional who is immediately available or becoming available in August and is looking for an exciting fixed-term contract with a premium developer.
