Corporate Account & Supply Leader
Location: Quorn, Leicestershire (office-based)
Salary: £30,000
Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

About the opportunity
An award-winning luxury short-let specialist with assets under management exceeding £70 million is seeking a Corporate Account & Supply Leader to grow the corporate side of its business. Operating across the Cotswolds, Norfolk, the Midlands and beyond, the brand has built a reputation for design-led, fully managed accommodation tailored to leisure, corporate, relocation and insurance markets. This is a newly created position within a team of 10, reporting directly to the Commercial Operations Manager.

You will become the central point of contact for corporate accommodation requests, managing bookings end-to-end whilst simultaneously building a supply network of landlords to meet demand. Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end corporate bookings from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless client journey
- Source suitable properties by building and nurturing relationships with landlords, negotiating commercial terms that meet both client and business requirements
- Develop and maintain a supply network of properties in target locations to fulfil existing corporate demand
- Work cross-functionally with reservations, property management, guest services and operations teams to deliver bookings
- Use commercial knowledge to generate pricing aligned to client budgets and company profitability targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline records in the CRM and share regular reports with the senior leadership team
- Support campaigns and materials developed with the marketing team to target high-value corporate clients
- Ensure all external properties meet legal, regulatory and internal standards

Requirements
- Experience in account management, reservations, property, hospitality or a partnerships-focused commercial role
- Strong commercial awareness, including an understanding of margins, pricing and negotiated rates
- Confident negotiator with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively
- Proactive and self-motivated with a genuine interest in helping grow a business
- Solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment
- Interest in the corporate accommodation, travel or short-let property sectors
