Luxury Retail Recruitment Consultant (APAC)
Based in our London Office, we are looking for a passionate and professional Luxury Retail Recruitment Consultant to join our APAC team at Elite Associates. This role offers opportunities to work with prestigious global luxury brands across fashion, beauty, hospitality, and retail.
About the Role
If you are a people person with a strong passion for the luxury retail sectors, this is your chance to succeed in a high-growth, international recruitment environment.
This is a 360-degree recruitment role, combining sales, business development, and candidate management, offering a competitive basic salary plus uncapped commission. Your earnings are entirely performance-driven, with no cap, and the potential to significantly exceed targets early in your career.
We are currently undergoing international expansion, with a future vision to establish offices across the APAC region, particularly in China. There are exciting career progression opportunities, with a clear path upwards to director and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Sales
- Achieve minimum fill targets & KPIs consistently
- Sell high-quality candidates to colleagues and leverage your talent pool effectively
- Amplify Elite Associates' brand as a recruitment ambassador
- Secure exclusivity with premium candidates to enhance fill rates
Business Development
- Pass leads to consultants for follow-up
- Inform consultants of premium candidates to spec for clients
- Attend client meetings to deepen client understanding
Candidate Management
- Effectively maintain candidate engagement, reviewing interview performance
- Manager expectations, salary negotiation, and job search progress proactively
- Provide interview coaching on techniques, personality testing, and presentation skills
Planning & Administration
- Shortlist high-calibre CVs aligned with job requirements
- Ensure exceptional customer service, including aftercare

Requirements
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (additional Asian languages are advantageous)
- Proven experience within the luxury retail industry
- Strong track record of consistently hitting monthly sales and KPI targets
- Eligibility to work in the UK (BNO Visa, Tier 4/5 accepted; potential to assist with work visa)
