Description
Job Overview
We are recruiting professional Door Supervisors to provide a safe, welcoming, and secure environment across Space NK stores. You will act as a visible deterrent, support staff with loss prevention, manage customer flow, and ensure the store remains a safe space for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a polite, professional security presence at store entrances
- Monitor customer flow and prevent theft or disruptive behaviour
- Support store staff during peak hours and incidents
- Assist with queue management during busy periods or product launches
- Complete incident reports when required
- Uphold Space NK’s high customer service standards while maintaining safety

- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident, calm, and professional at all times
- Strong awareness and observational skills
- Reliable and able to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern
- Previous retail or loss prevention experience preferred but not essential
