LUXURY SALES ASSOCIATE – LONDON
Up to £35,000 + Commission | Full-Time

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, fashion-led styling consultations tailored to each client
- Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive clienteling and CRM outreach
- Drive sales through wardrobe building, multi-selling and cross-selling
- Confidently manage VIC and high-net-worth clients, providing discreet and highly personalised service
- Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation
The Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of two years’ experience within premium or luxury fashion retail
- Strong styling expertise and excellent knowledge of fabrics, fit and current fashion trends
- Proven experience developing relationships with VIC and high-net-worth clients
- A commercially driven approach with a strong record of exceeding targets and maximising average transaction value
- Polished communication skills and a genuine passion for luxury fashion
- Proactive, client-focused and confident working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
