LUXURY SALES ASSOCIATE – LONDON

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, fashion-led styling consultations tailored to each client
  • Build and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive clienteling and CRM outreach
  • Drive sales through wardrobe building, multi-selling and cross-selling
  • Confidently manage VIC and high-net-worth clients, providing discreet and highly personalised service
  • Consistently achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand, maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation

The Ideal Candidate

  • A minimum of two years’ experience within premium or luxury fashion retail
  • Strong styling expertise and excellent knowledge of fabrics, fit and current fashion trends
  • Proven experience developing relationships with VIC and high-net-worth clients
  • A commercially driven approach with a strong record of exceeding targets and maximising average transaction value
  • Polished communication skills and a genuine passion for luxury fashion
  • Proactive, client-focused and confident working in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
