Role Description
Mackintosh is seeking two talented Luxury Sales Associates full-time positions at our Greater London location. This on-site role involves delivering exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers in selecting items, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Mackintosh products. You will help with managing inventory, executing visual merchandising standards, processing sales transactions, and contributing to the achievement of store targets. As the face of the brand, you will embody Mackintosh’s values and deliver a premium shopping experience.

Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to engage professionally and warmly with clients.
- Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Attention to detail to manage inventory, stock replenishment, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Teamwork and adaptability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion or retail sales experience is highly desirable.
- Passion for high-quality craftsmanship and an understanding of Mackintosh’s brand identity and values.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
