Multiple roles - Across London
IRD Consultancy is partnering with a number of globally renowned brands specialising luxury watch and jewellery to attract exceptional talent for opportunities across London (Bond Street, Covent Garden, Selfridges, Harrods, Chelsea, Westfield White City and Stratford as well as Heathrow Airports)
We welcome applications from Luxury Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants. For those with management experience, we also work on opportunities spanning mid-management through to leadership positions.
Profile
- Proven experience within luxury retail or premium environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build authentic, long-lasting client relationships, with a strong track record of clienteling, repeat business and client retention.
- Strong understanding of how to develop a client portfolio, convert prospects into loyal clients and create long-term commercial opportunities.
- Ability to share tangible examples of successful clienteling initiatives, events, activations, appointments, CRM outreach or special client experiences, and the results achieved.
- Genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship, design and heritage, with a natural enthusiasm for sharing these stories with clients.
- Curious minded, with a desire to continuously learn about products, brands, market trends and client needs.
- Positive, optimistic and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a genuine enjoyment of building relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence and cultural awareness.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are highly advantageous.
