About the Role
Eskandar is looking for an experienced sales specialist to provide support in our new Gallery/Store based in Chelsea. The Gallery is a space offering our customers a unique shopping experience, providing exceptional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and they have a positive shopping experience.
The ideal candidate is customer-oriented, proactive, and responsible, with the ability to multitask across sales, POS systems, and stockroom functions. They should possess the skills to engage customers effectively, contribute to sales growth, and maintain high standards of service and presentation.
We expect someone to work collaboratively with the store team to support business objectives, sharing insights and feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
Working Hours
We are looking for someone to work between 3 to 5 days per week including Saturdays. Full-time preferred if possible.
Responsibilities
- Building loyal local and international customer base and repeat sales
- Deliver exceptional service to customers
- Active selling by being proactive and having sound product knowledge
- Assist with general operations, opening, and closing duties.
- Send Daily Sales Reports
- Review selling reports
- Bring positive attitude and personality and offer a friendly, calm, and relaxed experience for our customers.
- Stock replenishment, stock handling, and shipping as required for customers

Requirements
- Passionate about delivering exceptional levels of customer service as well as maintaining strong brand standards at all times.
- Experience in women's Luxury RTW and can demonstrate a natural ability for excellent service and building clientele relationships.
- Successful candidates will be positive, calm, articulate, and well-presented, flexible, hardworking, have initiative with strong sales skills, and is genuinely interested in people and a good communicator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An interest and understanding of luxury collections and knowledge of natural fabrics is essential.
- An active team player and ability to support all colleagues
- Excellent Visual Merchandising skills
- Good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele in order to develop a network of loyal client / culturally aware.
- Essential to be very confident with POS/ Till Software and Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint
- Clear, concise communicator and confident with digital clientelling (WhatsApp, email etc.)
- Used to working in a low foot fall location / generating leads and opportunities

Interview Process
- 1st Stage: Video call
- 2nd Stage: In-store with relevant store manager
Salary: £26,000 to £29,000 plus commission and bonus schemes.
