Luxury Sales Specialist
Our client, a leading luxury travel company, is searching for a Luxury Sales Specialist to join their travel Sales Team and help clients discover their perfect luxury villa getaway.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to new leads and enquiries, meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Deliver outstanding client service throughout the booking process
- Tailor recommendations to each client’s needs and preferences
- Build lasting relationships with new and returning clients
- Maintain strong knowledge of villa portfolios and European destinations
- Provide accurate details on properties, pricing, and availability
- Keep client and booking information up to date and accurate
- Continuously expand your understanding of our services and guest experiences

About You:
- Passionate about travel and curious about Mediterranean destinations
- Previous sales experience, ideally in travel or luxury sectors
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Customer-focused, organised, and detail-oriented
- Able to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
- The ability to speak another European language (ideally, Italian, French or Spanish) would be advantageous
