Store Manager – London Flagship Store (Sassi Holford)
Sassi Holford is an international bridal and women’swear design company – one of only a few still manufacturing in the UK – that wholesales to high-end retailers across the UK, USA, and beyond. This respected British label operates two prestigious retail outlets: Knightsbridge, London and Taunton, Somerset. With 45 years of organic growth, Sassi Holford is now implementing an expansion plan for 2025–2029.

As Store Manager of our flagship London location in a five-floor Georgian townhouse (spanning sales, fittings, and alterations), you will be responsible for upholding this ethos.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small, highly professional team with expertise in couture bridal or fashion
- Manage daily operations to deliver a calm, understated luxury shopping environment
- Oversee style consultants and fitting teams, collaborating closely with the marketing department
- Balance high-end customer service with administrative duties, premises upkeep, and reporting to Directorship
- Ensure meticulous garment construction and fitting standards

Service Expectations

Working Hours
- Two late weekday evenings and Saturdays per week
- Competitive salary package for the successful applicant
