Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end member requests, delivering tailored recommendations and exceptional service within agreed timeframes.
  • Use your destination knowledge, supplier network and negotiation skills to secure the best travel, dining and lifestyle experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with members and suppliers to deliver seamless, personalised service.
  • Promote Ten's wider lifestyle services, identifying opportunities across travel, tickets, retail and other concierge offerings.
  • Resolve member queries and service recovery issues with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.

  • Several years' experience in the travel industry, such as with a tour operator or travel agency, or a minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury concierge, hospitality or high-end customer service.
  • Previous experience booking flights, hotels and other travel arrangements is highly desirable.
  • Solid GDS experience, preferably Amadeus, with excellent knowledge of the Middle East, particularly Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Doha, with an understanding of key destinations across Asia.
  • A strong understanding of luxury lifestyle services and the expectations of affluent and high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong online research skills and the ability to source tailored recommendations quickly and accurately.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about travel, luxury, dining, events, culture and lifestyle experiences.
  • A positive, proactive "can-do" attitude with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Available to work on a full-time basis.

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
