What you will do:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What we are looking for:
No travel industry experience required. We will teach you the craft. What we cannot teach is drive, and that is what matters most.
- Drive and urgency. You move quickly, follow up faster, and chase every opportunity. You take ownership without being asked, and you would rather act than wait.
- A natural with people. You are warm, confident, and easy to trust. You listen well, build rapport quickly, and clients enjoy dealing with you.
- Curiosity and a love of travel. You are fascinated by what makes a trip exceptional. You ask good questions, you research thoroughly, and you bring ideas of your own.
- Comfortable with technology. You are confident with modern tools and quick to learn new ones. You use technology to work faster, stay organised, and give clients a smoother, more polished experience.
- Polish and attention to detail. Luxury lives in the details. You take pride in getting things exactly right, because our clients notice everything.
