Operations Manager | Luxury Travel
Are you an experienced Operations Manager who thrives on delivering exceptional travel experiences behind the scenes?
We are working with an award-winning luxury travel business looking for an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of seamless, high-end client journeys. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, leading a team, and continually improving processes within a fast-paced, service-led environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of the operational delivery of every confirmed client trip, ensuring all travel arrangements are meticulously planned, coordinated, and executed to the highest standard. Working closely with suppliers and internal teams, you will oversee the client journey from confirmation through to completion.

Alongside managing day-to-day operations, you will lead and develop a growing team, drive operational excellence, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and the overall client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational delivery of luxury client trips.
- Manage complex travel logistics, bookings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, guides, and transport providers.
- Monitor active trips and resolve any operational issues or last-minute changes.
- Conduct quality checks across itineraries and travel arrangements.
- Manage supplier relationships and operational escalations.
- Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans.
- Produce operational reporting and monitor key performance indicators.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Continuously improve systems, processes, and ways of working.

About You
- At least four years' experience in luxury travel operations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
- Strong leadership experience and a passion for developing others.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
