To be considered for this role, a proven track record in luxury retail is a prerequisite, and any expertise in luxury Swiss watch brands and/or fine jewellery would be advantageous. Job Overview
As a Sales Consultant, you are responsible for the achievement of the sales objectives including active networking and building a strong client relationship through the highest level of luxury customer service, by creating an authentic, exquisite experience for all customers. In addition to being Sales Consultant for the company, you will play a vital role as being flexible, highly driven with an entrepreneur-mindset and to support as a team member in store.

What you will bring
- Minimum of two years of luxury retail experience, preferably with an established client book.
- Proven strong selling skills with a track record of successful sales.
- Ability to execute a flawless selling ceremony that aligns with the Brand’s direction, while incorporating your unique professional approach.
- Capability to enhance brand loyalty through personalized client follow-up.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to support overall team performance.
- Immaculate personal presentation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity.
- Experience in serving VIP clients and confidently handling challenging situations.
- Adherence to in-house security procedures.

Package:
- Annual basic salary £31,000 - £35,000 plus commission (varies by brand)
