Join a pioneering new wellness destination in Knightsbridge as a full-time Concierge, where movement, luxury and wellbeing are seamlessly intertwined. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team redefining how women experience fitness, recovery and lifestyle.
ABOUT THE BRAND:
Founded in the heart of Knightsbridge and designed exclusively for women, this private wellness destination redefines how performance, aesthetics, and longevity come together. More than a club, it is a sanctuary - a space where science shapes movement, elegance defines the environment, and strength is cultivated with purpose.
Launching in late 2025, this luxury wellness brand offers members a refined ecosystem of specialist fitness, therapeutic treatments, and medical-grade skincare. Every detail is curated to provide a complete lifestyle experience: immersive, elegant, and intimate.
THE BASICS:
● Hours: full-time (min 40 hours per week) must have flexibility for early mornings, late nights and weekends
● Salary: £30-£33k

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an exceptional full-time Concierge / Front of House team members to play a key role in delivering a seamless member journey for this new space. As the first point of contact, you will embody the brand’s values of elegance, discretion, and excellence. You will ensure that every touchpoint within the club reflects a standard of service as refined as the environment itself.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle settings - someone who understands that true service is both highly professional and deeply personal.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide an impeccable welcome experience for all members and guests, ensuring each interaction feels personal and elevated.

Oversee the daily operation of the front-of-house, spa and member services, maintaining a calm, efficient, and luxurious environment.

Anticipate member needs and offer tailored solutions, from fitness and wellness bookings to lifestyle requests.

Manage scheduling and coordination of classes, treatments, and services.

Act as a point of escalation, ensuring smooth resolution of any service issues with discretion and grace.

Ensure that all operational, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.
THE PERSON:

Experience in a client-facing role within luxury hospitality, wellness, or lifestyle settings.

A natural host with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stay calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

A refined sense of discretion, able to anticipate and adapt to the needs of a discerning membership.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Passionate about wellness, performance, and delivering luxury experiences.
