Working hours
General range: 40–48 hours per week, including:
- Day shifts, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Flight work during peak seasons.
- On-call roster (particularly if company van access is granted).

About the Role
Job Title:
12d M1 M2 Traffic Management Operative
"As a Key Member Of Our Team, you will lead tasks with responsibility."
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Traffic Counts: Gather data and communicate with clients to inform operations.
- Maintain Temporary Traffic Lights for safe, efficient traffic flow.
- Deploy Traffic Management Solutions, including:
- Cones
- Signs and Frame Structures
- Sandbags & complementary equipment
- Monitoring/removal of temporary infrastructure
- Mentor New Trainees: Share expertise to guide new team members.

Requirements
Essential Selection Criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: M1/M2 (SLG Unit 2 will be considered acceptable).
- Chapter 8 Regulation Compliance: Familiarity required.
- Driving Licence:
- Full licence with no more than 6 points.
- Any prior driving bans must have expired for at least 5 years.
- Drug & Alcohol Test: Mandatory pre-employment screening (pass required for conditional offer).
- Attitude & Mindset: Positive, ‘can-do’ approach.
- Skills:
- Adaptability to changing scenarios.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends, nights, and temporary shifts if necessary.
- Financial Note: Training Agreement: M1/M2 onboarding requires sign-off to training terms.
