The Role

As an M3 Business Analyst, you will be leading the design, configuration, and continuous improvement of ERP processes across product management, supply chain, logistics, warehouse, projects, and customer order management. The role acts as the key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, translating operational needs into system enhancements and ensuring successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Management

  • Maintain and optimize ERP processes and blueprints across regions.
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with business needs.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Implementation & Support

  • Coordinate development, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
  • Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and support users after go-live.
  • Work with vendors and partners on upgrades and integrations.

Collaboration & Training

  • Partner with IT teams and business leaders to deliver ERP solutions.
  • Maintain documentation and provide training and support to global users.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or support (Infor M3 experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business processes into system solutions.
  • Experience with ERP integrations (EDI, CRM, eCommerce platforms, APIs).
  • Familiarity with multi-channel order management and automation tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in operational environments such as sales, manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution.
