Role: M365 Engineering Lead – SharePoint/Teams/Exchange/OneDrive/Power Platform

Location: London, UK (Leeds, Edinburgh, and Aberdeen can also be considered)

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite)

Security Clearance: SC Eligible Candidates Required

Experience Required:

  • Extensive hands-on M365 engineering/support in a large or regulated organisation
  • Deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive
  • Power Platform design and governance; technical authority for an M365 platform
  • M365 security & compliance (Conditional Access, DLP, sensitivity labels, retention, eDiscovery); governance frameworks
  • PowerShell automation; Agile/DevOps delivery experience
  • Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Mentor/lead engineers.

  • Provide technical leadership and support to Tower 1 within EUC
  • Work directly with the client's strategic partner delivering DevSecOps
  • Provide hands-on engineering expertise alongside strategic direction, standards, and leadership for M365 services including SharePoint and Teams channels
  • Act as a leadership pillar for the Tower 1 Product Group Owner providing unbiased technical insight
  • Play a direct leadership role within the DevSecOps team
  • Collaborate with colleagues across DTI.
