M365 Engineer - Hybrid – Great Benefits – £60,000
Here at Khuda Technology, we are partnering with a client to find an experienced M365 Engineer. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing and supporting a global M365 tenant, Azure environment, and have in-depth knowledge of Exchange and identity management.
Key Responsibilities
- Azure Environment Management: Provide management and support for Microsoft Azure environment, monitoring resources and log analytics.
- Endpoint/Intune Management: Manage and support endpoint devices through Intune.
- Support Administration: Aid the Global Administration team with complex requests.
- Troubleshooting: Address and resolve end-user requests or problems submitted through the global service desk. Provide solutions for software and hardware faults.
- M365 Tenant Support: Manage and support global M365 tenant, ensuring synchronization and identity management.
- Advanced Problem Triage: Assign advanced issues to support partners through appropriate channels and ensure follow-up to guarantee end-user satisfaction.
- License Management: Maintain inventory and deploy licenses as needed.
- Server Systems Management: Assist the technologist team in monitoring and managing server systems.
- VPN Management: Support VPN management tasks.
- Exchange Administration: Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Exchange 2010 – Exchange Online Administration.
- Documentation: Write knowledge base articles to document new solutions and assist the IT team on various projects.

- Experience supporting and managing a global M365 tenant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure environment management.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Exchange 2010 – Exchange Online Administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues.
- Experience with VPN, endpoint, and Intune management.
- Ability to write comprehensive knowledge base articles.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
