M365 Engineer/Developer
I'm looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform / Microsoft 365 Developer to support a range of ongoing digital transformation initiatives. This is a hands-on contract role suited to someone who can work independently, take ownership of solutions, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, and workflows. Build custom business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerShell. Develop and support applications across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. Integrate Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Entra ID (Azure AD) Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Produce and maintain clear technical documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technical best practices. Stay current with emerging Microsoft technologies and platform updates.

Essential Skills & Experience
Strong experience developing Teams applications and working with AI-powered solutions. Expertise in SPFx, Typescript's, React, and modern SharePoint development. Deep understanding of Power Platform technologies, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate. Experience working with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs. Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, permissions, and identity management.

Able to take ownership of requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions. Comfortable working independently within a hybrid or remote environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities. Interested?
