M365 Trainer
Microsoft Trainer
About the Role
We’re looking for a Microsoft Trainer who can deliver practical, engaging and business-focused training across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot.
This isn’t traditional product training. You’ll run hands-on, outcome-driven sessions that help organisations build real confidence, capability and adoption—not just awareness. From structured learning programmes to interactive workshops like Promptathons and App in a Day, your work will directly influence how people use technology day-to-day.
If you love seeing people have those “lightbulb moments”, thrive in front of different audiences and enjoy adapting your style to suit both technical and non-technical users, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering engaging, business-focused Microsoft 365 training sessions for both end users and power users
- Leading Power Platform training, covering Power Apps and Power Automate fundamentals
- Running interactive workshops such as Promptathons and App in a Day sessions
- Translating technical concepts into practical, real-world use cases that people can apply immediately
- Adapting content and delivery style based on audience, industry and technical maturity
- Supporting clients in building internal confidence and long-term capability with Microsoft tools
- Creating and evolving training materials, assets and learning pathways based on feedback and new Microsoft capabilities
- Collaborating closely with consultants and delivery teams to ensure training aligns with wider transformation programmes
- Driving adoption by showing how Microsoft tools can be used to improve productivity, collaboration and automation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
