M&A Adviser – London (Hybrid, 1 Day On-site)

Chelsea Corporate, a leading London-based buy-side Mergers & Acquisitions firm, is seeking a talented and motivated M&A Adviser to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of the deal team, you will play a pivotal role in working directly with our clients to deliver their acquisition plans. Working within our experienced Deal Team, you’ll gain invaluable exposure to the vibrant world of M&A while building a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the M&A deal pipeline, starting with:

  • Defining acquisition criteria,
  • Researching targets,
  • Facilitating introductions,
  • Retaining clients.

Responsibilities

  • Client Account Management
    • Managing relationships and delivering exceptional service to our buy-side clients.
    • Conducting thorough research to identify acquisition criteria and appropriate opportunities.
    • Regular communication with clients, facilitating introductory calls, and preparing offers.
    • Acting as an M&A consultant, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Skill Set Required

  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side exposure preferred).
  • Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building abilities.
  • Relationship-focused, with a clear understanding of client objectives.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to drive client-focused results and adapt to dynamic environments.
  • Available to attend our next open day in London on 28th July 2026.

Location & Working Details

  • Location: Hybrid (London, On-site 1 day per week)
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Working Interval: 09:00 – 17:30
  • Salary: £32,000 per annum, OTE £54,000
