M&A Analyst – (Inclusive, Supportive Environment)

The Opportunity:
This role offers you the chance to work alongside an experienced and highly respected senior team, with the ability to develop your skills and take on significant responsibilities. As part of this role, you will:
- Coordinate deal-related workstreams, including the preparation of key offering documents and engaging with the FCA.
- Prepare and present the business case, merits, and potential risks for each transaction.
- Conduct detailed due diligence on company documents, financials, and business performance.
- Draft transaction marketing materials, such as announcements and roadshow presentations, and identify key investor targets.
- Collaborate with a team of analysts on multiple projects, ranging from origination to execution stages.
Person Specification:

- Degree from a Russell Group University (or equivalent), with a 2:1 or above.
- ACA (or equivalent) with 1+ years of experience in an advisory role - such as TS, Valuations, M&A, Strategy, Debt Advisory
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive and inclusive environment.
