SJC Partners is currently managing the recruitment process for the hire of a Sales Executive for one of our clients.

This is a unique outbound calling role that is very different from traditional sales. You won't be selling a product or service. Instead, you'll be contacting the owners of privately owned businesses to explain that one of our client's acquisition partners has specifically identified their business as a potential acquisition opportunity and would like to begin a confidential conversation.

Our client is a specialist acquisition search business. They partner with private equity firms, family offices, and acquisitive corporates to originate high-quality, off-market acquisition opportunities i.e. they identify and approach companies matching their client's acquisition criteria, to help their clients acquire those companies.

Their model is entirely focused on proactive, tailored searches - identifying, approaching, and engaging target businesses directly, with senior professionals leading the conversations and ensuring quality at every stage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
