M&A Claims Associate

About the job

We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Claims Associate in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies
  • Review transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, policy wordings)
  • Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims
  • Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel
  • Support negotiation and resolution of claims
  • Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports
