Simple Tech is a serial acquirer focused on buying profitable, institutional-grade blockchain and gaming businesses.
We are looking for well-connected acquisition scouts and introducers who can connect us with off-market acquisition opportunities.
Your Role
- Introduce blockchain and gaming companies that may be interested in discussing a sale or merger
- Source opportunities through your own network and relationships, not from public deal platforms or broker listings

This is a pure commission-based remote freelancer role with no fixed salary. You receive compensation when Simple Tech acquires a business you introduced.
What We Are Looking For
We are interested in acquiring blockchain and gaming businesses with:
- $1M-$20M EBITDA
- Strong and proven business models
- Real products or services that create value for the ecosystem
Examples include infrastructure, financial services, payments, custody, trading technology, data, software, compliance, games, gaming studios, and publishers. We are NOT interested in tokens, memecoins, NFTs, or early-stage projects. We don't invest in startups - we acquire established businesses and support their growth.
