Are you passionate about mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategy? London Success Academy (LSA), in collaboration with industry experts, invites you to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, deal analysis, valuation, and market research. This 4-week Work Placement is designed to equip aspiring analysts with the tools and frameworks used by M&A professionals, preparing you to excel in corporate finance and consulting environments.

💡 What You’ll Do

  • Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build valuation models, analyse financial statements, and perform benchmarking exercises.
  • Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on target companies, competitors, and market trends to support deal strategy.
  • M&A Deal Simulation: Work on live simulated merger and acquisition cases, including due diligence and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate Strategically: Work with the LSA team to develop investment theses, pitch decks, and financial presentations.
  • Present & Deliver: Prepare a final presentation summarising your analysis and strategic recommendations for a simulated transaction.

🔍 We’re Looking For

  • Recent Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
  • Analytical thinkers with strong quantitative and Excel skills.
  • Bonus Skills: Familiarity with valuation methods, financial modelling (DCF, comparable companies), or PowerPoint presentations.
  • Detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
