Are you passionate about mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategy? London Success Academy (LSA), in collaboration with industry experts, invites you to gain hands-on experience in financial modelling, deal analysis, valuation, and market research. This 4-week Work Placement is designed to equip aspiring analysts with the tools and frameworks used by M&A professionals, preparing you to excel in corporate finance and consulting environments.

💡 What You’ll Do
- Financial Analysis & Modelling: Build valuation models, analyse financial statements, and perform benchmarking exercises.
- Market & Industry Research: Conduct research on target companies, competitors, and market trends to support deal strategy.
- M&A Deal Simulation: Work on live simulated merger and acquisition cases, including due diligence and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate Strategically: Work with the LSA team to develop investment theses, pitch decks, and financial presentations.
- Present & Deliver: Prepare a final presentation summarising your analysis and strategic recommendations for a simulated transaction.

🔍 We’re Looking For
- Recent Master’s or Bachelor’s graduates in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields.
- Analytical thinkers with strong quantitative and Excel skills.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with valuation methods, financial modelling (DCF, comparable companies), or PowerPoint presentations.
- Detail-oriented problem-solvers who thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

💡 Program Details:
You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive personalised mentorship from industry experts, and earn an official certification upon completion. We are seeking committed professionals who will improve their skills with real industry projects and assignments. You will not be asked to work for the company.
Please note that this is an expert-led, short-term work experience placement. Our past interns have received an increased number of interview offers.
