Description
Are you a university student or recent graduate with a passion for finance and a keen interest in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) looking for an internship? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Join our team as an M&A Intern and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of mergers and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities
- Origination of Investment Opportunities (60%)
- Independently source and identify potential software investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust investment pipeline.

Deal Execution Support (20%)
- Perform financial modelling and commercial due diligence.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis.

Business Development (20%)
- Travel to meet and engage with businesses across Europe.
- Foster and develop strong relationships within the industry.
Our Ideal Hire
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program or a recent graduate in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Company valuation methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong passion for the software and investment sectors.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
