Our client, a commercial law firm, is looking to strengthen its Corporate & M&A practice with the addition of an Associate or Senior Associate.

This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, working closely with corporate clients, founders, investors, and other stakeholders on strategic legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and other corporate transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation, including share purchase agreements, shareholders' agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Conduct and coordinate legal due diligence exercises.
  • Support clients throughout the transaction process, from initial structuring through to completion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal advice.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Qualified lawyer with experience in Corporate/M&A law.
  • Experience gained within a law firm or legal advisory environment.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
  • Commercial mindset and ability to work directly with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
