Chelsea Corporate Transaction Manager Opportunity
Chelsea Corporate, a leading London-based buy-side Mergers & Acquisitions firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Transaction Manager to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
As a senior member of the Transactions Team, you will be focused on devising and delivering on acquisition plans for clients. Working closely with the Head of Transactions you’ll gain invaluable exposure to the critical negotiations that are at the heart of every M&A transaction.
This is an ideal position with significant experience and knowledge in many facets of M&A, from researching targets and negotiating deals to overseeing due diligence and closing transactions.
Who We Are Looking For
An exceptional Transaction Manager with proven experience in late-stage M&A negotiations and a passion for the transaction process. You thrive in managing complexity, building strong relationships, and delivering outstanding client outcomes. You have leadership qualities and people pay attention when you speak. You have an innate ability for solving complex problems. This is a senior role for an experienced M&A professional with extensive late-stage deal closing experience.

Responsibilities
- Deal Negotiation
- Drafting offers and seeing them through to acceptance.
- Negotiating Heads of Terms with a seller on behalf of a buyer to get the best outcome for our clients.
- Negotiating deals and navigating objections through the due diligence phase.
- Dealing with issues as they arise to help the deal through to completion.
Role Requirements
- Available to attend our Open Day on 28th July 2026 in London.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side exposure preferred).
- Exceptional negotiation and transaction management skills.
- Strong written and spoken English; excellent communication and rapport-building abilities.
- Highly analytical, with advanced Microsoft Excel skills – particularly with company financial statements.
- Detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle complex negotiations, an expert in dispute resolution.

Job Details
- Location: Hybrid, Greater London (Training on-site, 1 day per week thereafter)
- Job Type: Full-time
- Working Interval: 09:00 – 17:30
- Salary: £45,000 per annum. OTE £110,000, bonuses are uncapped

- On the Open Day, you will have an interview with our Managing Director where you will have the opportunity to make your case in person.
- Within 1-2 weeks we will notify all successful candidates and make job offers and communicate start date.
