MAC Cosmetics Birmingham Free Standing Store, Key Holder 5 Days / 35 hours
Key Holder – Prestige Beauty Retail
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of the store.
You will leverage your exceptional coaching and mentoring abilities to set an example for the sales team, reinforcing the behaviours needed to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service. Your goal is to hit all sales and customer service targets while embedding a cultural expectation of excellence.
Additionally, your retail acumen and expertise in handling cash will be critical in conducting start and end-of-day cash reconciliation—as well as taking responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis.

Requirements
- Core Competencies:
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
- Demonstrable ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service

Desirable Skills:
- Retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation, store opening/closing duties, or point-of-sale software familiarity
- Previous supervisory experience, with a track record of mentoring and coaching to meet sales and service targets
- Flexibility to work retail hours: days, nights, weekends, holidays in a fast-paced environment
