MAC Project Manager

Location: London Based

Reports To: Associate Director MAC

The Role

As a Moves & Small Works Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth execution of MAC projects for our clients. You'll manage all aspects of projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget, while providing excellent client service. This includes managing small works projects, collaborating with the supply chain and reporting on project performance.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee and manage all MAC projects, including Small Works, ensuring compliance with MAC standards and client requirements.

Client Interface: Act as the primary client contact for all move and change activities, fostering strong relationships and ensuring efficient space utilization.

Supply Chain Management: Guide the selection and management of the supply chain, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

Reporting & Analysis: Provide accurate and timely reports on project activities, performance metrics, and financial aspects.

Financial Acumen: Drive revenue generation, maximize profit margins, and ensure projects adhere to commercial agreements.

Space Planning & Design: Provide innovative and creative space planning solutions to enhance client workflows and working environments.

Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to QHSE standards.

Collaboration: Work with all stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project success.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in managing fit-out, strip-out, and small works projects. Solid knowledge of the Move (Porterage) and furniture supply chains. Strong understanding of Sustainability and the Circular Economy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis (Excel). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in implementing MAC Framework Agreements/Quotations/Variations, delivering services under contracts, preparing charges for contracts and understanding the risk implications of working contracts. Experience of reporting and analysing financial trends. (Desired): Experience with AutoCAD 2020 and above, space planning, and managing corporate moves.
