As a Machine Demonstration & Installation Specialist, you will collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and that our staff are well-informed about the latest advancements and features.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing in-depth operational knowledge and support for all CLAAS and third-party machines including on-board digital products.
Main Duties
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of CLAAS and third-party products and how to optimise the operation of these products on site with customers.
- Conduct on-site visits to demonstrate a varied range of products highlighting the features and benefits to the customer.
- Plan and carry out the handover process of new and used products liaising with the sales and aftersales teams to enable a seamless and high-level experience for the customer.
- You will continually work with customers to optimize their products to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
- Serve as a first point of contact for customers with Connected Support Packages.
- Serve as secondary point of contact for technical queries from service departments for off-board products.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure optimal product performance.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the agricultural equipment industry or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of tractors, implements, harvesters, and digital technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed
