Machine Learning Software Engineer | Remote (UK)
A market-leading AI and automation business transforming how public sector and enterprise organisations deliver digital services through intelligent workflows, low-code technology, and next-generation customer engagement solutions are looking for a Machine Learning Software Engineer to join their team.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and deploying machine learning solutions and AI-powered products in production environments.
- Developing cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Training, fine-tuning, and optimising machine learning models for real-world use cases.
- Driving observability, monitoring, and incident resolution to ensure reliable AI systems.
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape the future of the platform's AI capabilities.

What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, MLOps, or AI-focused Software Engineering.
- Strong Python development skills with experience delivering production-quality software.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud infrastructure.
- Experience working with LLMs, model training, fine-tuning, or NLP applications.
- Familiarity with modern AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, Codex, or similar technologies.
