Graduate MLOps Engineer | London | Build the Infrastructure Behind the Next Generation of AI

Most graduate roles have you maintaining someone else's systems.

This one puts you inside a small, senior engineering team at one of London's fastest growing AI startups, building the data infrastructure that next-generation AI systems are trained on.

We're partnered with a high-growth London AI company building the missing data layer for enterprise AI. Their platform turns raw multimedia content across speech, audio, video, music and computer vision into high-quality, licensed training data used by leading AI businesses.

Off the back of strong commercial growth, they're now adding ML engineering capability for the first time. They are explicit about what they want: raw talent and hunger over years of experience. They will invest in developing the right person, and you'll get ownership from day one that no big-company grad scheme can match.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
