Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Build the Next Generation of AI-Powered Productivity

Futureheads is partnering with an exciting and well-funded AI company building an AI-native assistant designed to help users manage tasks, conversations, workflows, and everyday activities through intelligent automation.

This organisation is focused on solving some of the most challenging problems in applied AI, including long-term context management, multi-step reasoning, workflow orchestration, and reliable real-world task execution. Their goal is simple: help people achieve significantly more with less effort.

As they continue to scale, they are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to take ownership of critical production ML systems that sit at the heart of the product.

The Role

This is a hands-on engineering position where you will design, build, deploy, and optimise machine learning systems that directly impact users. You'll work across the full machine learning lifecycle, from model development and training through to deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement. The role offers significant technical ownership and the opportunity to shape core platform capabilities from an early stage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
