Machine Learning Researcher Type: Contract | Location: Remote | Commitment: 10–40 hrs/week

About the Role

A exciting opportunity to join a remote contract role leading cutting-edge research in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning and AI
  • Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, primarily using TensorFlow
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate research innovations into scalable solutions
  • Publish research findings and contribute to the AI/ML scholarly community
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements to maintain the team’s leadership in technological innovation
  • Clearly document methodologies, experiments, and results for technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proven experience in designing and executing AI and machine learning research projects
  • Strong expertise in deep learning frameworks, particularly TensorFlow
  • Advanced Python proficiency for prototyping and algorithm development
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear research documentation and collaboration
  • Ability to work independently and deliver impactful research outcomes in a remote setting
