Founded in 1999 and rooted in Lincolnshire, JDM Food Group began by sourcing premium garlic and ginger—since then, we’ve evolved into Smart Flavourists®, expertly transforming high-quality ingredients into innovative sauces, pastes, marinades, and more. With state-of-the-art facilities and an integrated supply chain spanning ingredient sourcing to packaging, we deliver exceptional flavour solutions across the UK and Europe. Driven by food safety, sustainability, and innovation, we’re proud to create products that set the standard for quality and taste.

Machine Operative (Night Shift)

As a JDM team member, you’ll play an important role in ensuring that we produce products that meet customer requirements, on time and with minimal waste. You’ll be fully trained, working to our Standard Operating Procedures, and ensuring food safety, quality, and security are maintained at all times.

As a Machine Operative, you’ll be responsible for setting up, starting, and monitoring machines throughout the production process to make sure everything runs smoothly and targets are met.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
