Machine Operative
Machine Operative – Coventry (CV6)

Duration: Long Term
Pay Rate: £15.36 (£31,948 per annum)
Shifts: Rotating - Monday to Friday - 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM
Overtime: Available at premium rates
Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting Machine Operatives for a well established manufacturing company based in Coventry (CV6). This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Machine Operatives looking for a long term, stable position within a fast-paced production environment offering career progression and development opportunities.

Shift Details
Weekly rotating shifts (Monday to Friday):
- 06AM–2PM
- 2PM-10PM
- 10PM–6AM
Machine Operative Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation
- Operate and monitor production machinery efficiently as a Machine Operative.
- Carry out basic machine maintenance including cleaning and minor adjustments.
- Identify and report any equipment faults, breakdowns, or production issues promptly.
Quality Control
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular quality checks for defects or inconsistencies.
- Complete all required quality documentation accurately and on time.
Packing & Despatch
- Prepare, label, and pack products for despatch safely and securely.
- Maintain accurate despatch and inventory records.

Machine Operative Requirements
- Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
