Machine Operative – Permanent Position at Ruskington Site

Exciting Opportunities Available
Join our team as a Machine Operative at our Ruskington site, specialising in snacking products—including Scotch Eggs, cocktail sausages, *mini filled bites, and seasonal offerings.
Shift Details
Available Shifts: AM & PM Pattern: Rotating Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday every 4 weeks. Weekly Hours: 42.5 hrs (standard). Start/Finish Times: Vary by department.
The Role
As a Machine Operative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating assigned machinery/equipment efficiently
- Ensuring high-standard production, packaging, and adherence to customer specifications
- Maintaining compliance with Company policies, Health & Safety (H&S), and Food Safety Standards
- Meeting production targets throughout your shift
