Machine Operator - Day Shift
Location
Huntingdon
Hours & Pay
- Contract: 4 on, 4 off
- Shift: 6am – 6pm
- Salary: £14.72 per hour
About the Role
We are now looking for an experienced Machine Operator to support daily operations of a designated production line within the Production Hall.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery as required
- Ensuring all product/batch is cleared from the end of line prior to the start of the next product/batch
- Understanding and enforcing product specifications, ensuring they remain available
- Supporting the team in improving procedures and processes to maintain high work standards
- Providing training recommendations for all line operators via the training function
- Motivating and engaging reporting staff positively
